How many of the men still remember this day 44 years ago when we went for "a little walk" and got ambushed. I remember it being a very day for me and Ron Hoyos, and I am sure many of the men who also took part remember it as a terrible day as we lost a few good men that day... . It hard to beleive it has been 44 years already.. Where did the time go?

Gabe I remember it well. I remember running across a field and smelling willie peter in the air. No matter how many years have passed it is difficul to forget those memories.

Of course, I remember it. I was with Dan Manson and the other gun team. It was our 1st patrol in two weeks since we had taken all those casualties with the booby trap in a tree line in Bich Nam 1.
See you at the reunion in a couple of weeks. I imagine Ron Hoyos will be there too.
