The post below from the family of Dennis Fairfield (KIA 5/67) is asking about certain members of Denny's unit in 1967 and whether they will be attending the reunion in April.
Jim, George, Bill, Ken, and Alton, if you read this I hope you can set aside a few days and shake some hands of your brothers and their families come April.

"Tom
It's looking like my dad and two additional brothers of my uncle Denny and their spouses will attend the reunion along with me and my wife. Do you happen to have a schedule for the reunion and the events?

I spoke to Alton Goodwine Wednesday night. He was wounded the day Denny was killed. I think he may attend the reunion and he wanted me to give you his phone number: 301-894-8496. I am curious if any of the following veterans who knew my uncle will be attending: Jim Alford, George Kerr, Bill McCartney, Ken Moody?" Thanks, Ryan (Fairfield)

Great Image Tom. Sorry I was unable to attend the reunion but I was hoping that the reunion was successful. And if you can post more images. Maybe those who attended would attend the battalion reunion in November.

Bill Taylor flew in from Jackson Mississippi to Philly prior to going to Virginia. On Sunday 4/10 we visited the battleship New Jersey which is birthed in Camden. This battleship fired support for 2/9 in 1968. One 16" shell can travel 23 miles.
